One of the easiest ways to get a quick, helpful answer about a home repair is simply to text us a photo. A clear picture often tells us more in a few seconds than a long description over the phone, and it lets us give you a better sense of what is involved right away.
What makes a good photo
Take one wide shot so we can see the whole area and where it sits, then a close-up of the actual problem. Good light helps a lot — open a shade or turn on a light. If there is damage, a photo that shows how big it is (a hand or a tape measure in frame works great) helps us size it up.
Tell us the basics
Along with the photos, a quick note about what happened and which town you are in helps us respond faster. That is usually all we need to point you in the right direction or set up a visit.
